Kitchen Design & decorating 2011: Refined Wave Kitchen with Concealed Hinges and No Handles, Latest Kitchen Design Trends 2011-2012: For today we would like to showcase an interesting kitchen design developed by Designer Makers Furniture.
Here is the press release we received: “The Wave kitchen was designed for a couple with an open brief, they just wanted something different with features to suit them and the WOW factor. The clients were presented with a number of ideas but the ‘Wave’ design was the one they loved straight away. Ripple Maple was chosen in order to match an existing maple floor and oak and walnut were used as a beautifully contrasting detail. It’s original and contemporary with a classic art deco feel but underneath its good looks it is functional and durable as kitchens of the highest quality must always be. Special features of the kitchen include concealed hinges and no handles ( instead push devices were installed), curved cabinets and deep drawers to maximize storage in tricky areas, specialist appliances i.e. Quooker tap, Miele induction hob and industrial quality extraction and solid wood worktops.”
